Tissue Culture Camel Pox Vaccine:

COMPOSITION :
Each dose contains at least 103 TCID 50 of Camel pox virus.

PROPAGATION SYSTEM :
African Green Monkey Kidney Cells ( VERO ) .
|
|
|

INDICATION :
For Protection of camels against pox disease.
|
|
|
|
| |
| |
|
| |
CONTRAINDIATION :
Animals clinically ill or those weakened by transport should not be vaccinated .
|
|
|
|
| |
| |
|
| |
INTERACTION :
Other vaccination programs should be carried out two weeks before or after camel pox vaccination .
|
|
|
|

| |
DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE :
1- The vial content dissolved well in 10 ml sterile physiological saline.
2- The dose (one ml) is injected intradermally or subcutaneously.

VACCINATION PROGRAMME :
Unless otherwise prescribed by the authorities, animal should be vaccinated at 3-4 month of age, repeat vaccination every 6 months.

REMARKS :
1- The reconstituted amount of vaccine should be
used within 2 hours .
2- The vaccine should be protected from direct sunlight .
3- Unused dissolved vaccine, empty vials and needles must be disposed
hygienically.
