Tissue Culture Sheep Pox Vaccine:

COMPOSITION :
Each dose contains at least 102.5 TCID50 .

PROPAGATION SYSTEM :
Green Monkey Kidney cell line ( Vero ).
|
|
|

| |
INDICATIONS:
Protection of sheep and goats against pox disease, and cattle
against lumpy skin disease.
|
|
|
|

|

CONTRAINDICATIONS :
Animals clinically ill or those weakened by transportation should not be vaccinated.
|
|
|
|
| |
| |
|
| |
INTERACTIONS :
Other vaccination programs should be carried out at least two
weeks before or after sheep pox vaccination.
|
|
|
|
| |
| |
DOSAGE :
* Reconstitute the vial contents in 50 ml physiological saline.
* Each dose is 0.5 ml injected interadermally (I/D) or
subcutanously (S/C).
* Vaccination repeated annually.

REMARKS :
* The reconstituted vaccine should be used within two hours.
* The vaccine should be protected from direct sunlight and kept
cool .
* Empty and unused opened vials must be disposed hygienically.

* The vaccine is stored at - 20oC

* Two years from the date of manufacture
