DISCRIPTION :
Pneumo Bac. is an inactivated polyvalent vaccine adjuvinated with aluminium hydroxide gel used for active immunization of cattle, sheep and goats against pneumonic pasteurellosis.

COMPOSITION:
Each dose of the vaccine contains P. multocida serogroups A, B and D and P. haemolytica serogroups A, A16, A17 inactivated with formalin and adjuvant withaluminum hydroxide gel. Thiomersal is used as a preservative and T (Local isolates from fugera farm).

DOSAGE:
Cattle: Over 100 kg 4 ml less than 100 kg 2 ml
Sheep: Over 30 kg 2 ml less than 30 kg 1 ml
The vaccine injected subcutaneously.

VACCINATION PROGRAM:
Primary vaccination Animals should receive two vaccinations at 4 weeks interval. Animals born of vaccinated dams can be vaccinated from the 3ed weeks of age. Animals born of unvaccinated dams can be vaccinated from the 1st week of age.
Revaccination: One dose annually.

RECOMENDATIONS:
• In areas where the disease occurs seasonally, animals should be vaccinated 4 or 5 weeks before the season.
• When outbreaks of the disease occur, all contact stock must be vaccinated as soon as possible.

PRECAUTIONS:
• Shake the vaccine well before and during use to ensure good mixing.
• Allow the vaccine to reach room temperature before vaccination.
• Animals to be vaccinated should be healthy and not suffering from any disease.
• Don’t mix with other vaccines.
• Use sterile injection equipments.
