PPR-TC Vaccine Attenuated

COMPOSITION:
PPR vaccine is issued as a lyophilized material prepared from the local strain ( Egypt 87 ). Each dose contains at least 103 TCID50 .

PROPAGATION SYSTEM:
African Green Monkey Kidney cell line ( VERO ).
|
|
|
| |
| |
| |
INDICATIONS:
For protection of (sheep, goat, deer, wild animals) against
PPR.
|
|
|
|

|

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE:
1) The lyophilized material should be dissolved in 50 or 100
ml (according to the dose) sterile chilled physiological
saline.
2) The dose ( 1 ml contain at least -103 TCID50 ) is
injected subcutaneously.

VACCINATION PROGRAME:
Unless otherwise prescribed by the authorities, animal should be vaccinated at 6 month of age with annual repeating.

| |
REMARKS:
1) Use separate sterile needle for each animal and for the
vaccine Bottle.
2) Reconstituted vaccine must be protected from direct
sunlight, heat and kept on ice throughout the time of use.
3) The dissolved vaccine should be used within one hour
from reconstitution.
4) Disinfectants should not be used for needles disinfection.
5) Unused dissolved vaccine, empty vials , needles must be
disposed hygienically .

STORAGE :
The vaccine should be kept at - 20 oC.

Two years from the date of manufacture.
