Inactivated Comined Vaccine (ND + IB+ IBD):
 


COMPOSITION:
Each dose of the vaccine contains at least:

 


ND virus strain (LaSota ) 108.5 EID50.
IB virus strain (M 41 ) 106.5 EID50.
IB virus strain (D 274 ) 106.5 EID50.
IBD virus strain Bursa vac M 106.5 EID50.
IBD virus strain variant local isolat FC97 106.5 EID50.
Inactivated with formalin, and suspended in oil emulsion.


 
 
 
 


INDICATION:
The vaccine is recommended for the vaccination of breeding stock for the protection against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis. In addition offspring of the vaccinated birds will be protected against Gumboro Disease by maternal antibodies for at least the first 4 weeks of life and prevent early exposure to bursal disease.

 
 
 
 


RECOMMENDED VACCINATION PROGRAMME:
ND + IB + IBD should be given to birds around 16-20 weeks of age but not less than 3 weeks before the onset of egg production. Before applying the vaccine the birds should have been primed with a live Newcastle Disease vaccine, a live bronchitis vaccine of Mass type and a live Gumboro vaccine. Time between priming and booster vaccination should not be less than 4 weeks in advance of administration of inactivated vaccine.

 
 
 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Each bird should be given 0.5 ml of vaccine. The vaccine is to be administered by the subcutaneous route in the back of the neck or intramuscularly in the thigh or chest muscle.

 
 
 
 


IMMUNITY:
when vaccination and priming have been carried out correctly the birds will develop antibodies at a level which provides protection against Gumboro Disease, Newcastle Disease and production losses caused by Infectious Bronchitis.

 
 
 
 


PRECAUTIONS:
- Vaccinate healthy birds only.
- Before using vaccine, allow it to reach optimal temperature (15 oC - 25 oC )
- Shake the bottle well before use,
- Use sterile injection equipement.
- Do not mix with other vaccines.


 
 
 
 

STORAGE:

Store at temperature of 4 - 8 oC and avoid freezing.

 
 
 
 

PACKAGE:

Bottle containing 500 ml sufficient for 1000 doses.

 
 
 
 

EXPIAR DATE:

Two years from date of manufacture.

 
 
 
 

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Twenty- one day before slaughter.
