DESCRIPTION:
Formalin inactivated oil emulsion vaccine of Haemophilus paragallinarum for protection of chicken against infectious coryza.

COMPOSITION:
Haemophilus paragallinarum standard strains types A, B, C and local isolated strains.
|
|
|

| |
INDICATION:
For the active immunization of laying and mother chickens against infectious coryza disease caused by Haemophilus paragallinarum strains types A, B, C and local isolates.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
-
1 st dose : 0.5 ml.
- 2 nd dose : 0.5 ml.
-
Injected subcutaneously 4-6 weeks intervals.
- The bottle should be shaken gently befor use, injection should be done slowly. Mothers and laying chicken only injected with this vaccine .
- The vaccine is injected in the back of the neck at the point of midway between the head and the base of the neck. The chickens are injected at 8 weeks age or older . A third dose of 0.5 ml may be injected befor laying.

PRECAUTION:
- The bottle should be shaken gently befor use, and the vaccine
should be injected slowly.
- The vaccine should be not out of refrigerator for more than 48
hours.
- Part used containers should be disposed at the end of each day
operation, as under field conditions it may be difficult to avoid
accidental contamination of the vaccine.
- Some slight side effects may be occurre in form of swelling and
redness at the site of inoculation which usually disappear
within one week.

Store in refrigerator at 2-8 o C away from light , do not freeze.
