Laryngotracheitis vaccine:

COMPOSITION:
Each dose of the vaccine contains at least 10 3 EID 50 of
Laryngotracheitis virus " PV strain ".

INDICATIONS:
Laryngotracheitis vaccine is mainly used for protection of chickens
against Laryngotracheitis disease.
|

ADMINISTRATION & DOSAGE:
1) Occular Route :
Reconstitute the vial content (1000 doses) in 30 ml of diluent.
Instill one drop of vaccine (0.03 ml) in the eye of each bird.
2) Drinking water:
Prepare the vaccine solution immediately prior to use by adding
the amount of drinking water normally used within 1-2 hours.

PROGRAME OF VACCINATION:
- 1st . dose at 5-6 weeks old.
- 2nd. Dose at 16-18 weeks old.

PRECAUTIONS:
- Vaccinate only healthy chickens.
- Avoid contact between vaccinated and non – immunized birds.
- Don't vaccinate birds before they are at least 5 weeks old.
- All vaccine should be used within two hours after making up.

STORAGE:
The vaccine stored at 4-85 C.
The vaccine stored at - 205 C.

Two years from date of manufacture.
Three years from date of manufacture.
